2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, browser type and version, and application version.
  • Usage Data: Interaction patterns with the Service, including features accessed, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and session duration.
  • Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens necessary for delivering push notifications to Business Users who opt in to receive them.
  • Log Data: Server logs that may include IP addresses, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
  • Session Identifiers: Unique session tokens generated to maintain conversation continuity.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from authentication providers (such as Google) when you choose to sign in using a third-party account, limited to the information you authorize the provider to share.

4. Automated Processing and AI Features

We do not use your business data, customer conversations, or any personal information to train, improve, or develop our own or any third-party AI models.
